[cisco-voip] FXO line quality woes

I am having trouble with a set of eight FXO trunks on
a CCME4.1 system.

The customer is saying that a good percentage of their
outbound calls only encounter a loud electronic hum. I
have already ran impedance tests and set all ports to
the recommended level. What else can I do beyond this
point if the customer is still having issues with
outbound calls?
