Subject: [cisco-voip] "call preserve" doesn't exist
Have CallManagers at central site and an H323 gateway with PRI at remote site. The remote h323 voice gateway is running IOS 12.4-11,
on the call manager , I enabled "Allow peer to preserve H323 calls"
on the voice gateway, I tried to config
voice service voip
h323
call preserve
but under h323, I can't find the call preserve command. then i added "no h225 timeout keepalive" amd then block the ip connectivity between the phone and the callmanager server, the active call terminated shortly.
How can I preserve the active voice call when the WAN link fails?
Thanks in advance.
