I have not used the Unity voice Portal.... Just know it's there.

you maybe right about the design but it works.  and when your talking about
$$$ schools in Oregon are short so what ever works is what they do.

As a SD in OR we buy the enterprise cals anyway so it was just a matter of
turning on the UM services.
