[cisco-voip] Fresh install of CCM 4.0 on a new server

Hi,

I am installing CCM 4.0 on a new server in hopes to upgrading it to
4.1.3, which our environment currently runs on.  I want to install the
CCM app w/o putting this server on the network.  Is there a way to get
around the DNS name request for the PUB during the initial install?  

My goal is to build out this CCM for a current CCM and then do a
switch-a-roo with them.  Then have the PUB update the database on the
new SUB.
