[cisco-voip] CM 6.0 Service URL's

If you are looking to make a shortcut key for these services, best you'll be
able to do that I have found is a button that takes you to the "personal
address book or Fast dials" initial menu, but only after the user has logged
in once. I don't have the URL handy but you can grab it using wireshark etc.

We had a lot of complaints from our user community about this change, they
don't like having to log in and some have even complained about having 1
extra screen to go through to get to their fast dials.
