[cisco-voip] Unity is not running

Start with the application and system event logs, they should be full of 
errors, the most important one being the first one that happens after 
you try to start Unity. Common problems include the services running as 
the wrong account, wrong permissions, or wrong password. If you can't 
find the problem from there, next stop is:
