[cisco-voip] Phone proxy with ASA

I think the TLS proxy and Phone proxy are two different things.  I expect to
see documentation on the phone proxy features in the ASA 8.0.4 release
notes.  I doubt anything will be posted to CCO until close to release date
for the 8.0.4 code.
