Note that SR6a is based off of ES126 so the feature may appear as
eHook until you get the fix for the bug I mentioned previously.

Hmm,

Phone config is only updated in 2 ways:
1. newer version of CM
2. device pack that include new device specific configuration

I checked my 6.0 server and found the box in question. It is called
"Wireless Headset Hookswitch Control" and it is listed in the section
"Product Specific Configuration Layout".

So, *IF* this feature is/can be backported to CM 4.1(3) then you
would have to install the correct device pack to add support for this
device and feature. Simply installing/uploading the phone load will
be inadequate as database modification is required.

Looking further, 4.1(3)sr6a is available on Cisco.com. SR's typically
include device packs. On the CM4.1 download page the SR is the
newest posted software. In the SR readme it indicates several
'fixes' for 7965 including adding support. It also includes 7965
device load SCCP45.8-3-3SRS2.

I would start by installing sr6 or the equivalent device pack and go
from there.
