[cisco-voip] Emergency Responder 2

Hello all,

Has anyone done an upgrade from CER 1.3 to 2 that can comment on how the
license upgrade process works? Is it like callmanager where I get a temp
license file that I send off to licensing at cisco.com? I couldn't really tell
by reading the documentation, it was rather vague (or I was not looking at
the right doc, go figure)
