[cisco-voip] vg224 dialpeers

I'd guess they will cause transients and enough of these can cause an impact
to the server, depending on how fast the devices are trying to register.
Just as with a VG248 I'd very much recommend shutting down any ports not in
use.  Alternatively you can configure them in CCM but not give them a DN.

In order to get a vg224 port to register I had to put:
 
dial-peer voice 223 pots
 service stcapp
 port 2/23

Is there any caveat with putting this on all ports whether they are
configured in CCM or not? If I do, do they result in transient connections?
