Find the CCM trace on that server for that timestamp. Work backwards
to see the devices involved.
If you don't have detailed CCM traces running this may be a bit more
difficult.

After getting an RTMT alert (CCM 4.1(3)) for a
MediaResourceListExhausted this morning, I got the following from the
Windows Application event log on the relevant subscriber:

Event Type: Warning
Event Source: Cisco CallManager
Event Category: None
Event ID: 2
Date: 2/15/2008
Time: 11:47:14 AM
User: N/A
Computer: CMB2
Description:
Warning: MediaResourceListExhausted - An available device type not
found in the media resource list.
   Media Resource List Name:
   Media Resource Type: 8
   App ID: Cisco CallManager
   Cluster ID: CMB1-Cluster
   Node ID: 10.110.x.x
Explanation: An available resource could not be found as indicated by
device type in the indicated media route list.
Recommended Action: Add additional resource to the indicated media
resource list. This alarm indicates a network failure or device
failure..

What confuses me is a) the blank Media Resource List, and b) the
Media Resource Type=8...When I look on CCO, I find media resource
types defined 0-7, but no 8. What am I missing?

Is the blank MRGL indicative of the default list? What should be my
next step?

Thanks!!!
