I believe the ADP is created because the phone has EM enabled. This is
used for when the phone is logged out. You will still need User Dev
Profiles for when users login.

OK, I am having a lot of trouble finding doco on this...
When I create a directory number on a phone, it also creates an
ADP4984128489 (just random) that the device is assigned to...
Now, since these are automatic device profiles, do I not need to
assign UDPs for users for EM? Will it just grab the associated device
and propagate that to the UDP when they log in to EM?
