[cisco-voip] record calls incoming and outbound

We had a customer that wanted the ability to record calls but didn't want to
deal with any third party solutions.

What we ended up doing was labeling a SP button "Record" on the phone and
then we would have the person conference that SP in with any calls they
wanted to record. At first we used a General delivery VMB but then we used
the users individual VMB instead.

Kind of cumbersome but for a free solution it worked.
