[cisco-voip] CDR Records in CCM 4.2(3)

First, check the CallManager service parameters to verify CDR's are
being kept - don't quote me on the below, these are off the top of my head.
"Enable Call Detail Records"
"Enable Call Diagnostic Records"
"Record CDR's for Zero Length Calls"
Next, to actually do something with these CDR's, you either need to
query the CDR database directly, or you can install the Analysis and
Reporting Tool plugin (available from within the ccmadmin site)
