[cisco-voip] IPCCX 4.5 Bundled with Callmanager

With our install of Callmanager 5.1, we got a bundled copy of IPCCX 4.5,
with 5 users licenses. Just had a couple questions regarding that:

Does anyone know if we can purchase additional licenses to be used with
that version, or is it limited to those 5? Also, the documentation
mentions that you need a Cisco provided version of Windows Server 2000,
which I don't appear to have, is that downloadable from Cisco's site?
I'm not finding it anywhere.
