[cisco-voip] IPCCX 4.5 Bundled with Callmanager

Wasn't the 5 user bundled copy meant to get people to try it and see
if they like it, and then if so buy more licenses and a server
depending on how they we're going to use it? Now it seems it is no
longer a product someone can try for no extra cost with appliance
versions of CUCM.
