[cisco-voip] CUPS 6.0 and UCCM 6.1

I'm also having trouble trying to configure CUPS 6 with CUCM 6.1 and CUPC
1.2, on the CUPC server health, i am showing

Logon server - connected primary
Phone configuration (TFTP) - download failed
I have Presence showing as Failed to Connect - Invalid Credentials
Desk Phone - not active
Softphone - not active
LDAP - Successful (I can search for users in AD fine.)

I do not have a deskphone configured at the moment only the DN in CUPC, does
this matter?

The incoming ACL's were set as the IP addresses of Publisher and Subscriber
but I deleted these and added one as all, now when I restart CUPC, I can see
the Presence trying to connect but I still get Failed to connect - Invalid
Credentials

any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
