[cisco-voip] International characters w/ IPCC Agent desktop and Enterprise data

Hi,
 
We have setup a database for use as Enterprise Data for Agent Desktop when a call is routed to an agent.  The database is MS SQL and contains accented characters (French).  The database stores the data fine but when it is shown in the Agent Desktop the accented characters do not appear correctly.
 
Example: "Curé" becomes "Curé"
 
This seems to be a character-set issue but I don't know where to look to correct it.  Any ideas?
