Sheesh!  And I thought I had asked a simple question.  So, if I count 
the votes, I've got a few different answers, amongst them that yes, 
there is a special type of PRI for video (which allows channel bonding) 
and that no, there isn't a special type of PRI for video, because the 
capability type would just be set to 0x8890.

But, if bonding is all that separates a "video" PRI, then how is that 
different than a data PRI where we're aggregating B-channels to create a 
256K PPP connection?
