[cisco-voip] Fwd No answer

Hi,
On CCM 6.0 the default setting for Call Forward No Answer is 12
seconds ( 4 seconds per ring? ). The customer wants this increased, so
last night we tried this - increased it from 12 seconds to 17 seconds
but still got the same result. Do we need to reset all devices or
stop/start CCM Service for this to take affect? Or is there another
setting that needs changing?
