I've done a good deal of reading and also consulted with TAC about changing to a new partner server and everything appears to be pretty straightforward.  We have a failover system in one office which will be affected. I've double-checked to make sure that Unity has compatible versions of Exchange Manager installed and the correct service packs and Unity updates.  I realize that it's important to shut off Unity services when changing to a new partner server. We are not changing the domain or moving any users or OUs.  
 
Are there any "gotchas" that are going to surprise me?  Please let me know if you've gone through anything similar. Thank you!
