If you did deep enough, I seem to recall that most of this can be found on
Cisco's web site in various customer and partner resource sections.  I think
the Univercd stuff has a good section.  I recall of one partner resource
section that had project management sheets, white papers and all sorts of
detailed information on getting a project going.  In the Callmanager based
ppdio course, some stuff is provided there as well.
