[cisco-voip] CCM 5: Separate TFTP Server

I know it is there in 4.1, it does not appear to be an option in CCM5...
Oh, also, make sure you select 'build-all' for CNF files, that way it
will build the files and dump em to the TFTP server...
Again, I have never tried this, so...
