[cisco-voip] Citrix doing T9

I am trying to work out what XML object Citrix would have used to achieve
their Express Directory function that they claim to have 'T9' like
capabilities on. They have a flash demo on their site, but I can't work out
how they might be doing that. I have a user that wants to replicate that
sort of dialing capability. Any ideas? The URL to the flash demo is below.
It's the "Express Directory" function that has the feature.
