CCM 5 and 6 are VMWare aware so you don't have to bother about hardware detection.  CCM6 has a lab license builtin so it will work right away.  As for CCM5, you will need a license.

Friends,

I want to install CCM5 on vmware but my laptop hardware specifications are not meeting. I am also working on ccm5 (MSC7835) now a day. I heard from someone that if somehow i will make the image of ccm5 running on msc7835 and then i can use that image with vmware on my laptop. Since ccm5 only check the hardware at the time of installation. Please help me or tell me any other way. As i have both MSC7835 machine and CCM5 cds but want to run on my laptop.
