Openser or SER (Sip Express Router) will probably do your job, for anonymous
sip calls.
At the moment I have an Asterisk Server feeding my 1760 with SIP anonymous
and trunk calls and have FXOs feeding back into Asterisk PSTN calls.
Or are you after a solution without a server at all ?
