[cisco-voip] Manager Assistant on 6.1

On CUCM 6.1, is the Manager Assistant wizard only used for proxy line
support, the wizard has been run and can't seem to get it working, I'm
wondering if it's worth deleting all the config that has been created and
setting up the Assistant manually with shared line support as I know you can
only run the wizard once.
