[cisco-voip] CUCM 4.2(3) SQL Service Pack

That's the point. I don't know if I have to install the service pack and/or the
hot fix. If I check the SQL version it says that it is SQL 2000 SP4 (8.00.2039)
So I think I don't have to install any of the files.
