[cisco-voip] Attendant console loses connection to LDAP

I have a customer complaining that their AutoAttendants lose connection
to the LDAP directory from time to time and to fix the issue he must
restart the AutoAttendant server in CCM.
 
CCM version 5.1 synched with external AD.
 
Any ideas where to start looking?
