[cisco-voip] different SRST alias for different phones

I used this in a CME environment where the customer gradually added
phones and extensions.
The customer wanted that all calls to yet unallocated numbers are
routed to a certain extension.
This little configuration did the trick quite nicely... it's like a
Translation Pattern in CallManager!
