[cisco-voip] IPCC 4.0(5) Patch to 4.0(5)_SR 1

Hello All

We are having a few bugs with our IPCC 4.0(5) HA Cluster.  TAC is
recommending I install the SR1 patch.  

This will be the first thing we have done to our cluster since it was
installed other than the occasional reboot.

I have the install guide that and the patch instructions.  I just want
make 100% sure that I am comfortable and don't miss anything.  

We are a 24 x7 call center with a lot of traffic.  Failure is not an
option.

Any advice or stories from experience would be great.
