[cisco-voip] Cisco 3825 As RAS: Modem Connection Issue

Friends,

I configured 3825 router as RAS but not working. You can find the sh
running, show version and debug isdn q931 outputs.

Hardware: 3825, NM-HDV2-2T1/E1, pvdm2-64, NM-30DM

Topology:
