[cisco-voip] Blocking an extension in CME

Guys,

 

I need a little help with CME.

 

I have to block one phone from phoning out. Now I have done this before,
but it just doesn't want to work. They use extension mobility on CME,
and I don't know if this has anything to do with it. I don't know if I'm
missing a step, but this is what I did.
