Crate a call routing rule in unity to redirect calls for a specific extension to the greetings administrator.
Create a cti route point in CM with that extension and forward all calls to the unity pilot point. When caller dials that extension, they'll be prompted for their sunscriber login info. Once authenticated, they can input that call handler extension to manage the greetings.

Subject: [cisco-voip] Unity Call Handler
I have a call handler that is set to play a message and hang up, the owner
of the call handler is a valid subscriber, I need to change the message but
do not have access to unity at the moment, can the valid subscriber owner of
the call handler dial in and change the message and if so how can this be
done?
