[cisco-voip] Multiple Calls on Shared Line Appearance

Hello,

All phones should ring. However, the busy trigger should always account for the number of phones with the line and that same setting should be on all phones. I use 2 times the number of phones for my busy trigger on shared lines if all users should be able to receive two calls on that line at the same time.

4 phones each with the same number.  1st call comes in and is answered. 2nd call comes in. Does it ring the other phones ?? At what point would CFB kick in ?
