[cisco-voip] Change Auditing in CallManager 6.x

This does not exist. Cisco folk will tell you that MLA does log the webpage 
the user was on but it does not do before/after tracking, i.e. what the DN 
was before the change and after. Check out Arcana Networks ManageExpress 
product. I never got around to looking at it but they were very eager to 
please.
