Citrix also makes a paging solution that uses the IP phone speakers
themselves. I was involved in an installation not too long ago that utilized
it.

You can separate the phones into as many zones as you can think of. It is
installed as a service on the CM. You then subscribe the phones that you
want to be part of the paging zones to it. I also added a ServiceURL on one
of the keys for the phones and named the key "Page". 

It's a pretty neat product. It runs on its own server. The only drawback to
it is that you have to add the DN and IP's of each phone manually if you are
using CM version 5.x, but in CM version 4.x it pulls that info
automatically. I was told they are working on a solution to query CM5.x
versions and pull that info automatically also. If I remember correctly it
is called Citrix Visual Office.
