[cisco-voip] CCM 5 CCMAdministrator password Recovery

That is what is in the link I sent, though I just realized it says it is for
Mobility Manager.  Since it applies to both products I should probably look
into having the name changed.

Note: you need to be physically in front of the machine for this procedure.

Log in with username=pwrecovery, password=pwreset (iirc - this is in the
platform documentation guide).  When you do this you will be prompted to
eject the cdrom drive, then push the cdrom drive back in.  After that, you
should be able to reset the usernames/passwords.
