[cisco-voip] Cisco Unity Express 3.0 greeting issues?

I have a facility running CUE 3.0.

 

They are telling me they are having problems setting greetings. For the
greeting to stay it takes 3-4 attempts then it will stick as their new
greeting.

I have also had reports of outside callers leaving voicemail for people
and the voicemail is never received. Any ideas? I think I saw an upgrade
to 3.1 and is there anyone out there with similar issues that the
upgrade to 3.1+ fixed similar issues?
