[cisco-voip] ipccx supervisor call intervention

is there a way to turn off the notification the agent gets when a supervisor
yanks a call from them. Our supervisor wants to kick agents off the phone at
certian time durning the day in mid call. so for now he is just taking the
call from the agents and then hanging the call up.  But the agent gets this
message letting them know that the supervisor took the call.
