[cisco-voip] RightFax Outbound Dialing

Hey Jason,

Used RTMT like you suggested and found the problem. The reason for the
"8081" was because I had on the GW RightFax PRI config to only accept 4
digits from the RF server. I configured the RF to send all digits, which
obviously is normal. That was my screw up, I changed it to "ALL" and
outbound faxes tested fine.

Thanks again, you just saved me several hours of troubleshooting.
