[cisco-voip] Calls dropping after 5 minutes

I have just disabled the h323 fixups in the ASA and waiting to see if that has any effects.

In one TAC case it had mentioned that the 5 min mark coincided with a h225 or h245 timeout (forget which one) caused by an unsupported antivirus on CallManager. This is not my case so I am leaning towards the ASA.

I have the exact same problem with Pix 6.0 on the way which was causing the drop.
After update to 7.0 or just bypass it the things worked out. It was not configuration issue - the fixup wasn't working well!

Any firewall that could blocking the UDP stream after 5 mins? Does
the phone still think it's transmitting and receiving packets?

Hi,

Since changing the gateways at a customer's site I am getting
complaints of some calls (IP to PSTN) going dead (no more voice)
after 5 minutes. Before they had the 6608-T1 blade in SCCP mode but
now have 2x 2821 in H323 mode with CCM3.3 (3.3 does not support the
2821 in any other way).

I am looking at the ACL but have not seen anything yet.

Any ideas?
