I would suspect (and hope) that all you need is some updated hardware detection disks. I can understand different hardware not being supported, but the firmware should not affect it in so much as the installations disks requiring updates.
Please keep us informed.

Subject: [cisco-voip] install CCM4.1(3) on HP DL380G5 Server.
Hi All,
I am working on setup a new Call Manager (Version 4.1.3) on a HP DL380G5 Server. When Hardware detection during installation, It warning that the array controller firmware version is not supported. the expected version is 1.18 but the new server is 2.08. and the installation stopped. I found a v1.18 firmware from HP website and try to downgrade my server for sometimes, but all attempts failed, the downgrading crash the array controller. the array controller model is Smart Array P400.
Do any one has any idea about this? Is there any OS version for CCM4.13 can support P400 version 2.08 or later? I had asked HP for an old array controller with 1.18 but HP said 1.18 is too old and is end of sales.
Thank you.
