[cisco-voip] BAT and IP Phone Services

I believe that is the case as well.

Aside from the (obvious) fact that the following is not going to be 
supported, it should be relatively easy to subscribe phones to services 
via SQL.  Take a look at the TelecasterSubscribedService table in the 
database.

Obviously take a look at that one in the lab first :)
