I have seen it before. Unfortunately I had so many issues with Cisco's
attendant console that I can not even remember what the cause was and
how we resolved it. I am currently sitting with a tac case that has
run over almost a year now with call manager 4-2 where we get calls
from the pstn that get stuck in the attendant Q ( we have MOH queing
on).
The client finally gave up now and will allow us to pull the main
number via IPCC Express and to Q there and only use the AC application
for lookups and to drag and drop the calls.
A nightmare

Has anyone seen this error message in AC before when attempting to
transfer a call?
Dialog that comes up and saids "Failed to transfer the call due to
Internal Error".
CCM 4.1(3)SR5d and matching AC versions as on server.
