[cisco-voip] DLUs for CTI route points (reg or unreg) and VM ports

Do CTI route points and VM ports take up DLUs? If so, how many? I can't seem to find anything on the lists that I've seen.

Also, we use unregistered CTI route points quite a bit...do those take up DLUs as well?
