[cisco-voip] CER --> Cell Phones

currently a CER 1.3 install with CM 5.1.

the notifications work fine for extensions that need to be called.  but Cell
Phones as the notification end points do not.  Can you confirm or deny that
this should work?

if not,  does CER 2.x support this?
