Its not supported, but can be done, no harm at-all.
I had this situation where I need to test AC for few weeks at Publisher box

I think I know the answer to this, but I wanted to check the group.
How does everyone feel about having Attendant Console loaded on the Publisher? Not using it to route calls, but for troubleshooting needs only. I have a feeling it's not supported.
