You could enable performance monitor logging on all 3 to see what happens when they reboot again.

Subject: [cisco-voip] CCM 4.3 2003 Server random reboots
Hi,
I have setup an 4.3 CCM Cluster on Windows 2003 Server. All 3 Machines
do randomly reboots, as I can see in the eventlog. They 3 server do this
not at the same time, but all 3 do random reboots.
Do you have seen this before? Any ideas or suggestions on that?
Many thanks in advance
