[cisco-voip] Nokia e65 SIP client on CUCM 6.x

I've had customers try unsuccessfully to do it.  Unfortunately  
there's not much TAC can do as the Nokia SIP client is not tested nor  
supported with CM.  The SCCP client is but not SIP.
